EPA Corrects Typographical Error in De Minimis Settlement Payment Amounts

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a typographical error in the final settlement payment amount for Jones Chemical, Inc., one of the settling parties in a de minimis consent order for the Conservation Chemical Company of Illinois Site in Gary, Indiana. The EPA is also adjusting the settlement amounts for two other settling parties, Appleton Electric Company and Doehler-Jarvis, to reflect credits they are entitled to under the terms of the consent order.
