EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Selenium Water Quality Guidance for Great Lakes

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed acute aquatic life criterion for selenium in the final Water Quality Guidance for the Great Lakes System, which was previously vacated by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
