EPA Corrects National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Aerospace and Shipbuilding Industries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Facilities and Shipbuilding and Ship Repair (Surface Coating) Operations, which were initially published in 1995. The updated standards have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and will be implemented for the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.
