Coast Guard to Revise Towing Vessel Officer Licensing and Manning Rule

The US Coast Guard plans to revise its proposed rule on licensing and staffing requirements for towing vessel officers and will publish a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking (SNPRM) before finalizing the rule. The SNPRM will include a new public comment period and may announce additional public meetings.
