Notice of Realty Action; Amending a Non-competitive Section 302 Surface Occupancy Lease, Alaska

The State of Alaska is amending a Section 302 Surface Occupancy Lease for the Eklutna Salmon Hatchery to allow for the construction of a wellfield and pipeline to provide disease-free water. The lease, held by the Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association and Department of Commerce and Economic Development, is located near the Eklutna Power Plant.
