Maximum Portion of Guarantee Authority Available for Fiscal Year 1996-97

The US Agency will limit the maximum portion of guarantee authority for fiscal year 1996-97 to 7% for loans with a 1% guarantee fee and 15% for loans with a 80% or higher guarantee percentage, allowing for targeted projects in rural communities with persistent poverty and job decline.
