Federal Reserve Seeks Comments on Extension of Financial Statement Collection Activities

The Federal Reserve is requesting public comment on a proposal to extend for three years the collection of financial statements from U.S. nonbank subsidiaries of U.S. holding companies, as well as from foreign subsidiaries of U.S. banking organizations, with the goal of improving transparency and oversight.
