EPA Approves Oregon Plan Amendment for Pesticide Applicator Certification

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an amendment to the Oregon plan for certifying pesticide applicators, allowing for the certification of 1080 Livestock Protection Collars (LPC) applicators, as announced on December 6, 1995.
