DOD Adopts Inflation Adjustment for Civil Monetary Penalties

The Department of Defense has implemented a rule to adjust the amount of civil penalties subject to its jurisdiction, in line with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
