Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Downsizing Notice

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to repeal a requirement related to employment impact assessments for major defense contracts. This change is in response to Section 825 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997.
