US Secretary of Transportation Delegates Authority to US Coast Guard Commandant

The US Secretary of Transportation is transferring the authority to review and approve commercial vessel plans and conduct commercial vessel inspections to the US Coast Guard Commandant, in accordance with 46 U.S.C. Chapter 33, to update the Code of Federal Regulations.
