Availability of Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement on Artificial Salmon and Steelhead Production Strategies in the Columbia Basin

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, and Bonneville Power Administration have issued a draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) on the potential impacts of changing salmon and steelhead fish hatchery production in the Columbia Basin, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations.
