US EPA to Delete Carter Industrials Site from National Priorities List
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Carter Industrials Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all required responses under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
