Federal Acquisition Regulation; Certification RequirementsDrug- Free Workplace Final Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to remove the requirement for offerors to certify a drug-free workplace, exempting this rule from Office of Management and Budget review.
