US Government Agencies Relax Foreign Differential Pay Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, allowing the calculation of foreign differential pay based on an employee's specific increase in income taxes resulting from assignment overseas.
