NRC Submits Proposal for Revision of Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Review by OMB

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for revision of its radiography and radiation safety requirements, which will require licensees and applicants to report on occasion, such as when submitting applications or discovering leaks, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
