Nuclear Regulatory Commission Removes 'Conduct of Employees' Provision from Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its rules to eliminate the section on employee conduct, as the Office of Government Ethics has established executive branch-wide regulations that supersede the remaining provision.
