Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Financial Protection Requirements and Indemnity Agreements

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requiring licensees to report on financial protection requirements and indemnity agreements. The public is invited to comment on this proposal, which affects approximately 180 reactor and uranium enrichment facility licensees.
