Correction to Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a correction to its environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for the proposed construction of a new office building in downtown Washington, D.C. The correction addresses concerns raised by a committee reviewing the project, and is in response to a recent request from the public to review the proposal.
