Environmental ReportMaterials Licenses

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to eliminate the requirement that an environmental report be submitted by uranium mill licensees at the time of license termination. This action removes an outdated and unnecessary reporting requirement.
