Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Comments on Information Collection Activities

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The proposal includes three forms: DOE/NRC Form 742, NUREG/BR-0007, and DOE/NRC Form 742C, which are used for material balance reports and physical inventory listings, and are submitted semiannually by persons licensed to possess special nuclear or source material.
