NRC Establishes Working Group for Revision of Medical Use of Byproduct Material Regulations

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has formed a working group to revise regulations governing the use of byproduct material for medical purposes, with the goal of developing less prescriptive approaches to regulation and incorporating public input.
