NRC Requests Public Comment on Joint EPA/NRC Survey of Sewage Sludge/Ash Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a new proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on a joint survey of sewage sludge/ash with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The survey aims to collect information from selected publicly owned treatment works (POTWs) and Agreement States, with an estimated 600 POTWs and 300 POTWs responding to questionnaires and sample collections, respectively.
