FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Inyokern Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposed rule to approve or disapprove the Indian Wells Valley Airport District's application to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Inyokern Airport in California, with a decision due by September 26, 1997.
