Correction to St. Cloud, MN Class E Airspace Establishment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has corrected the wording of the St. Cloud, MN Class E airspace area's operation times, which was established by a final rule published in the Federal Register on April 9, 1997, as part of Airspace Docket No. 96-AGL-34.
