Establishment of Class E Airspace; Frostburg, PA; Correction

This action corrects an error in the legal description of the Frostburg, PA, Class E airspace area which was established by a final rule that was published in the Federal Register on May 23, 1997 (62 FR 28337), Airspace Docket No. 97-AEA-007.
