FAA Proposes Establishment of Class E Airspace at Ticonderoga Municipal Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed establishing Class E Airspace at Ticonderoga Municipal Airport in New York, necessitated by the development of new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures based on GPS technology, which require additional controlled airspace for IFR operations and pilot reference.
