Proposed Establishment of Class E Airspace; Cooperstown, ND

This action withdraws the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) which proposed to establish Class E airspace at Cooperstown, ND. The NPRM is being withdrawn because it failed to accurately describe the full scope of the intended airspace action. A new NPRM will be issued at a subsequent date.
