Boeing Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for 747-400 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a new airworthiness directive (AD) that would require inspections and modifications to prevent fires in the ceiling area of certain Boeing Model 747-400 series airplanes.
