FAA Sets Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Employees

The Federal Aviation Administration has maintained the minimum percentage rate for drug testing at 25% for covered aviation employees and reduced the rate for alcohol testing to 10% for the period from January 1, 1998, to December 31, 1998.
