Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat Submits Request for Review of Environmentally Preferable Products

The Office of Management and Budget has been asked to review and approve a new information collection requirement for Environmentally Preferable Products, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following an emergency processing provision in Public Law 104-13.
