Transportation and Traffic Management Regulations

The General Services Administration proposes to amend Part 101-40 of the Federal Property Management Regulations by revising and/ or removing text in the first three subparts to reflect procedural and policy changes. This action gives individual agencies greater flexibility and authority for administering their freight and household goods transportation and traffic management activities.
