Utilization and Disposal of Real Property

This proposed rule amends the section of the regulations issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) pertaining to the responsibilities of disposal agencies with respect to appraisals. This action is necessary because it clarifies and strengthens the intended effect of this rule which is to ensure the reliability, integrity, and confidentiality of appraisals of real property.
