Federal Acquisition Regulation to Allow Lobbying Costs for Local Legislation

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to convert a rule allowing lobbying costs for local legislation into a final rule without change, which was initially published in 1996 and exempted from Office of Management and Budget review.
