Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 Rewrite: Contracting by Negotiation and Competitive Range Determination

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to issue a final rule revising Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, which was subject to review under the Office of Management and Budget's Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
