Federal Acquisition Regulation; Compensation of Certain Contractor Personnel

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt a final rule on compensation for contractor personnel, effective January 2, 1997, which sets a governmentwide ceiling on allowable compensation costs for senior management positions under contracts awarded in fiscal year 1997.
