Federal Acquisition Regulation; Protests to GAO - FAR Rule Conforms to GAO Bid Protest Regulations

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with revisions to the General Accounting Office Bid Protest Regulations, exempt from Office of Management and Budget review and not considered a major rule.
