Federal Acquisition Regulation; Novation and Related Agreements

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to simplify the process of novation and related agreements, exempting it from Office of Management and Budget review and classification as a major rule.
