U.S. Launches Investigation into Honduras' Intellectual Property Rights, Requests Public Comment

The U.S. Trade Representative is initiating an investigation into Honduras' protection of intellectual property rights, recommending the partial withdrawal of duty-free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences and Caribbean Basin Initiative programs, and inviting public comment on proposed determinations and actions.
