Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing Same; Notice of Investigation

Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain integrated circuits and products infringe on U.S. patents. They are seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
