Certain Automotive Scissors Jacks; Notice of Investigation

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has received a complaint alleging that Universal Tool & Stamping Company, Inc. has been injured by the importation of certain automotive scissors jacks infringing on its US Patent Reexamination Certificate No. B1 5,110,091. The complainant is requesting the USITC to institute an investigation and issue a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
