Extruded Rubber Thread From Malaysia

The Commission hereby gives notice of the initiation of countervailing duty investigation No. 753-TA-34 under section 753(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675b(a)) (the Act) to determine whether an industry in the United States is likely to be materially injured by reason of imports from Malaysia of extruded rubber thread, provided for in subheading 4007.00.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, if the countervailing duty order on such merchandise is revoked.
