FCC Denies Channel 263A Allotment to Powhatan, Virginia, Allocates to Goochland, VA

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a petition by David Layne to allot Channel 263A to Powhatan, Virginia, and instead allocated the channel to Goochland, Virginia, following a counterproposal by All Cultural Communications, Inc. The allotment to Goochland complies with the FCC's minimum distance separation requirements and avoids conflicts with licensed stations WSOJ and WCMS.
