Channel 286C can be allotted to Dededo in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction at petitioner's requested site. The coordinates for Channel 286C at Dededo are North Latitude 13-29-01 and East Longitude 144-49- 29. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
