Toll Free Service Access Codes

On July 2, 1997, the Commission released a public notice seeking further comments to the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Toll Free Service Access Codes), CC Docket No. 95-155, specifically on the issue of the treatment of toll-free ``vanity'' numbers. The intended effect of this action is to seek further comments to refresh the record, because the record on the NPRM is almost two years old.
