In its Petition for Rule Making, Tennessee Instructional Radio contends that this allotment cannot be implemented because of FAA restrictions. The deletion would require the concurrent dismissal of a construction permit application for this allotment by Radix Broadcasting, Inc. (File No. BPH-920304MH).
