Regulation of International Accounting Rates Takes Effect October 1, 1997

The U.S. Commission established new standards for carriers to report when connecting international private lines to the U.S. Public Switched Network, effective October 1, 1997, following the publication of new information collection requirements in the Federal Register on November 21, 1996.
