Access Charge Reform; Price Cap Performance Review for Local Exchange Carriers

The US Commission adopted a waiver for National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. (NECA) to adjust its long-term support formula amounts in its tariff rates, effective January 1, 1998, as part of a price cap performance review for local exchange carriers.
