The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Clear Channel Radio Licenses, Inc., to allot Channel 258C1 to Guymon, OK, as the community's second local FM service. Channel 258C1 can be allotted to Guymon in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 36-41-00 North Latitude; 101-29-06 West Longitude.
