FDA Approves Advanced Bionics' CLARION Multi-Strategy Cochlear Implant

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Advanced Bionics Corp.'s application for premarket approval of the CLARION Multi-Strategy Cochlear Implant, following the recommendation of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Devices Panel. The approval was notified to the applicant on June 26, 1997.
